BEFORE YOUR FIRST STEP

A few things
worth knowing.

Ask us a question
When can I order?+

Preorders are open. Payment is collected at checkout, with shipping estimated about 1 month after your order. You can cancel for a full refund before shipment.

Do the shown prices include shipping?+

Yes. Preorder prices include standard shipping in the contiguous U.S. We are not currently accepting orders for other destinations or expedited delivery.

What happens when I join the list?+

We save your email and product interest so we can send launch and collection updates. Signing up does not place an order or charge you.

Are the product details final?+

The collection is in development. Listed specifications are supplied by prospective manufacturers, and final models, colors and package contents will be confirmed before shipment. If we cannot fulfill your preorder, we will issue a full refund.

Where will you ship?+

Preorders are for the contiguous United States only, with standard shipping included. Shipping is estimated about 1 month after your order. See Shipping & returns for cancellation and return details.

What can the smart scale tell me?+

The scale measures weight directly. BMI is calculated from height and weight, while body-composition readings are estimates. They are not medical measurements. Final app compatibility will be confirmed before launch.
